I have been to camps with Lisa and Jay in Death Valley and the Galapagos Islands. Both were extraordinary experiences. Our days were a good mix of practical training (running, drills, fitness exercises, etc.) and classroom sessions (nutrition, gear, race/training strategy, gait analysis, etc.). In addition, I had the chance to meet other runners and to spend some real quality time together with them in just unbelievably special environments. As a result, I formed deep friendships that I am certain will last a lifetime. Those camps were a great experience no matter how I look at it, and I'm sure I'll continue to attend them whenever I can fit them into my schedule. Terry Madl.
