
Out of shape and exhausted I arrived at camp thinking I would return to work with sore quads, blistered toes and be even more tired... I'm so glad I was wrong! With Lisa, Jay and Mike's instruction and guidance on correct running techniques, and learning the value of power-walking, I was refreshed and ready to go after returning home!
