Whether you love or hate ’em, track workouts are an efficient and incredibly effective way to improve your running. Here are the top 3 reasons we hope to see you Monday nights from 6 to 7:15 pm at the Teton High School track in Driggs.

1. Improve your Running & Walking~ Your speed, form, and endurance will benefit from time on the track.

2. See People~ Running and walking does not need to be a solitary sport. Enjoy the social side: receive encouragement and support and meet new running partners.

3. It’s free! Do I need to say anymore? Lisa loves to give her time and expertise to help out local athletes of all abilities.

We would love for you to join us Monday evenings. All are welcome, runners and walkers of all levels. Please bring water.
